Kill the King is wonderfully crafted short story. At only forty-eight pages long, it was a quick read but enjoyable none the less.
As an author, I am always impressed with someone’s ability to create such a full, rich and detailed story that takes up so few pages. I found it amazing that the author could create a villain that was so despicable and yet we know almost nothing about him.
The crafting and word-smithing that went into this story definitely makes me want to read more by this author. I’ve just downloaded Five Suns of Treason and I can’t wait to dive into it.
